How long does it take to process and ship my order?
All orders are processed and shipped in the order received within 7 business days. Since our products are made to order, this time is needed for production. Processing times may be longer during holiday seasons.
Can I get my order sooner?

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! Orders over $25 ship for free using standard shipping from our website.
Can I upgrade or expedite my shipping?
Yes, if the available shipping upgrades don’t meet your deadline, please contact us at [email protected] to discuss options.
What happens if my order is lost or damaged during shipping?
We insure every package. If your item is lost or arrives damaged, contact us immediately at [email protected]. Please keep the original packaging and take photos of the item and packaging as received. This is necessary for us to file a claim on your behalf. Failure to provide these may hinder the claims process.
