The flag is laser cut, giving you the ultimate feature definition! After cutting the flag, we carefully hand polish each one to a brilliant shine. Next, we hand form the waves in the flag giving it the appearance of blowing in the wind. Once the waves are formed, we meticulously give each flag its characteristic heat patina accents along the battle worn edges, rips, and edges. Once this process is complete, we then powder coat them with Candy red, and a UV protective clear powder coat. This process ensures your flag will be protected both indoors and out.
All of our products are made 100% in house, in the USA, using only USA sourced materials.
